Over the years, Cathy has worked in all practice positions giving her valuable insight, experience and knowledge to assist orthodontic teams to increase practice organization, efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of patient customer service, clinical techniques, practice management, office operations, practice marketing, new patient processes, practice leadership and team building.

Cathy brings practices a wealth of hands-on, practical experience and knowledge of managing an orthodontic practice to assist her in analyzing practice needs, targeting specific areas to produce results and build enthusiasm within the team.

Cathy's clinical experience and understanding of treatment mechanics and procedures enables her to balance the specific needs of chairside assistants, patients, Doctors and staff, creating a proactive environment conducive to patient satisfaction and team empowerment!
